Mr COUNTCHOUG Germain est le Directeur Général de l’entreprise. Il est nommé par les actionnaires, le conseil d’administration. Avec ses garbde connaissances en management moyens pour l’atteindre les objectifs a lui assigner. Il a donc pu depuis le début de nos activités définir la stratégie à mettre en oeuvre, et décider de l’allocation des ressources et de l’organisation qui lui permettant de mener à bien sa mission. Il piloter celle-ci en manageant ses équipes, donnant des directives, un oeil sur les comptes, l’autre sur l’horizon. il travaille sur le moyen terme, il est un homme du présent, de l’action et doit se montre réactif. Il prend la responsabilité de la mission qu’il engage et des décisions qu’il prend ou valide.

Encadrant ses commerciaux, le chef des ventes doit également garantir une bonne qualité des portefeuilles clients et envoyer les résultats quotidiennement à la direction.

The sales manager is held to manages sales, It monitors and motivates his team while sharing its know-how in the field of sales. With excellent persuasion skills, it increase the presence of a product in a given area. Governing its business, the sales manager must also ensure good quality of client portfolios and send the results to daily management.

Elle est responsable marketing et propose un plan marketing et assure sa mise en œuvre. Elle supervise les études marketing y compris l’analyse des marchés. Elle définit aussi les cibles, le positionnement des nouveaux produits et services et leurs tests. Elle analyse également les ventes de produits répondant aux mêmes normes de technologies et d’emplois par type de marché ou consommateurs.

It also defines the target, positioning of new products and services and their tests. It also analyzes the sales of products that meet the same standards of technology and employment by type of market or consumers.
